This agreement is made between Pioneer Cleaning Bali (“the Company”) and the undersigned Client (“the Client”) regarding cleaning services provided at the Client’s premises (Villa, Airbnb, Hotel, Guest House, Office, or other property).

1. Limitation of Liability
• The Company and its employees shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the Client’s belongings, including but not limited to cash, jewelry, gold, electronics, appliances, furniture, decorations, artwork, vases, or any other valuable items.
• The Client agrees that all personal and valuable items must be safely stored prior to the
commencement of cleaning services.
2. No Responsibility for Pre-existing Conditions
• The Company shall not be liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, fragile or improperly installed items, normal wear and tear, or defects in the property or its equipment.
3. Photo & Video Documentation
• For security and accountability purposes, the Company’s employees are authorized to take photos and/or videos of the property before and after the service.
• Such documentation is for internal records only and will not be shared publicly without the Client’s consent.
4. Service Specification & Pricing
• Prior to booking, the Client must clearly specify which services are requested.
• The Company will provide a custom quotation based on the request.
5. Payment Terms
• Payment method: Bank transfer only (IDR).
• 50% non-refundable advance payment is required at booking.
• Remaining 50% payable upon completion.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting and accepting the service, the Client agrees to all terms above.
