This agreement is made between Pioneer Cleaning Bali (“the Company”) and the undersigned Client (“the Client”) regarding cleaning services provided at the Client’s premises (Villa, Airbnb, Hotel, Guest House, Office, or other property).

1. Limitation of Liability
• The Company and its employees shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of the Client’s belongings (cash, jewelry, gold, electronics, appliances, furniture, decorations, art, vases, or any other valuable items).
• The Client agrees that all personal and valuable items must be safely stored prior to the commencement of cleaning services.
2. No Responsibility for Pre-existing Conditions
• The Company shall not be liable for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, fragile or improperly installed items, wear and tear, or
defects in property or equipment.
3. Photo & Video Documentation
• For security and accountability purposes, employees of the Company are authorized to take photos and/or videos of the property before and after cleaning.
• Such documentation is solely for internal records and proof of service quality and will not be shared publicly without the Client’s prior consent.
4. Service Specification & Pricing
• Prior to booking, the Client must clearly specify which services are requested (e.g., villa cleaning, deep cleaning, stain removal, hydro vacuum service, cold fogging, etc.).
• Based on the requested services, the Company will provide a custom price quotation.
• Prices may vary depending on the size of the property, level of cleaning required, and frequency of service.
5. Payment Terms
• Accepted payment method: Bank Transfer Only
• Payments are accepted in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah)
• “Payments shall be made exclusively by bank transfer, upon completion of the service and subject to any changes in conditions that may arise during the course of the service.”
6. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting and accepting cleaning services from Pioneer Cleaning Bali, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the above terms, and releases the Company and its employees from any responsibility for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
